Technical Author - Oxfordshire- Excellent working environment & benefits
Junior Technical Author with knowledge of Adobe PageMaker or Quark, knowledge of Photoshop or PaintShop Pro, and experience with HTML help files required for the documentation team of a leading software company in Oxford. You should have previous experience of technical authoring. Familiarity with the IT industry would be an advantage. Should also have a good standard of written English, and the ability to prepare written material that is clear and concise. You will be responsible for maintaining on-line and printed documentation for a range of products. Main duties will include routine updating of documents and help files, originating, documentation for new products as required, testing documentation to ensure it matches the finished product, providing proofreading for other members of the team. This company offers an excellent working environment and excellent benefits. Salary £18k - £20k pa + bonus.
